Booking conditions:
The condition for accepting the reservation is the payment of a deposit of 30% of the order value
within a week from the booking date.
The remaining amount is payable on site.
Cancellation of the reservation does not result in a refund.
It is possible to change the date within the paid amount at least a week (7 days) before the planned arrival.
Notifying the hotel less than a week before arrival prevents changing the reservation date - the paid deposit is forfeited in full.
Failure to utilize any service does not result in a refund.
