The present Privacy Policy sets out the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the services offered by the Hotel Konradówka website (hereinafter: the Service). The administrator of personal data contained in the Service is "HOTEL KONRADÓWKA PIOTR CHMIELIŃSKI, MAŁGORZATA CHMIELIŃSKA - SPÓŁKA CYWILNA", Karpacz 58-540, Nad Łomnicą 20C, entered into the entrepreneurs' register under tax identification number NIP: 6111002146 (hereinafter: the Administrator). In order to ensure the security of the entrusted personal data, the Administrator operates on the basis of internal procedures and recommendations, in accordance with the relevant legal acts regarding the protection of personal data, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC. The Administrator takes special care to protect the interests of the persons whose data is processed, ensuring that personal data is processed: in accordance with the law; collected for specified, legitimate purposes and not further processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes; factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed; stored in a form which permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data is processed. Personal data is processed based on the consent given by the users of the Service and in cases where the provisions of the applicable law authorize the Administrator to process personal data. The Administrator processes voluntarily provided by users of the Service personal data only for the purpose of: responding to inquiries from users sent using the contact form, accepting reservations using the online reservation system, carrying out services provided by the Administrator based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b) GDPR, marketing, including sending commercial information to the email address, if the Client has consented to it by checking the appropriate box during the reservation process or sending an inquiry via the contact form. Consent to the processing of data for marketing purposes and sending commercial information may be withdrawn by clicking the appropriate link in the received message or by sending such a request to the Administrator's email address, performing the legitimate interest of the Administrator of personal data in special cases based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f) GDPR e.g. debt collection, or video monitoring of traffic on the premises. Recipients of personal data may be authorities, institutions and entities authorized under the law, as well as entities providing services to the Administrator (e.g. legal, IT, marketing, accounting support, and other entities involved in the implementation of the ordered service. The Administrator may use automated decision-making, including profiling, for marketing purposes and offer customization. Each user of the Service has the right to access the data they have provided. The user also has the right to modify this data, request its deletion, and limit or stop processing their personal data at any time. At any time, the user can also request the deletion of their personal data from the service. The right to data portability does not apply, as no standard for the exchange of such data between hotel facilities has been established. The user of the Service has the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. To exercise their rights specified in point 8 above, the user of the Service should contact the Administrator using the same email address or telephone number provided to the Service, contacting the address hotel@konradowka.pl. Each user of the service may lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection. The Administrator performs functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way: by voluntarily entering information in forms, by collecting "cookies" files. During the first visit to the Hotel Konradówka website, the user is informed about the use of cookies. By remaining on the website, the user accepts the use of cookies on the website. Failure to change the user's browser settings is equivalent to agreeing to the use of "cookies" files. The installation of "cookies" files is necessary for the proper provision of services on the Website. "Cookies" files contain information necessary for the proper functioning of the website, especially those requiring authorization. The user can change the settings of their browser at any time regarding the handling and storage of cookies files.
