Reservation conditions:
A condition for accepting a reservation is the payment of a deposit amounting to 50% of the order value
within a week from making the reservation.
The remaining amount payable on site.
Cancelling the reservation does not result in a refund.
It is possible to change the date within the paid amount no later than a week (7 days) before the planned arrival.
Informing the hotel less than a week before arrival does not allow for a change of the reservation date - the paid deposit is entirely forfeited.
Failure to use any of the services does not result in a refund.
