Konradówka SPA is an oasis of quiet. To ensure peace and privacy for spa guests, please use mobile phones only in exceptional situations. Guests must be at least 18 years old, and children may use the Konradówka SPA only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
The SPA area is governed by regulations available at the SPA reception

SPA TREATMENT BOOKING

To book SPA treatments, please contact us in advance via email at spa@konradowka.pl.

SPA CANCELLATION POLICY

If you wish to change the date or cancel a spa treatment, please inform the spa reception at least four hours in advance. Failure to notify within this timeframe will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.

ARRIVING AT THE SPA

Please arrive at the SPA 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete a health form. In the event of late arrival, the treatment will be shortened without the possibility of adjusting its price.
